She was found end November in our garage in Ridgeway, Fort Erie off Bernard Road. She may have a beige patch on the side of her neck, may have ben the lighting. She is safe, warm, and fed. We are unable to scan as she wont let us near her which we strongly believe is someone's pet. She is mostly black with all white paws. She has a beautiful meow which is heard throughout the night. She is patiently waiting for her owner to claim her. We believe it is a her as our female cats wont bother her. We have never seen her in the area before, prior to finding her.
