After 2.5 months of searching I found out the cat sitter had her inside her apt all along. Was able to retrieve her this week. Glad to have her back but not happy with this niece and best thing is to avoid all contacts with such a cruel person in the future.

Please let me know if you saw my CLEO, she is greatly missed. Could be anywhere between Cornwall Ontario and La Patrie Quebec.

May the angels protect her and help her find a good human to help her find her way home.
